The workshops witnessed active participation of 95+ senior officials from 40+ government departments. Attendees included decision-makers, UX/UI designers, developers, and technical teams involved in the development and enhancement of public web portals and mobile applications.

The speakers from UX4G, NeGD emphasized the importance of adopting user-centric design principles
and the widespread implementation of the UX4G Design System to enhance the quality of digital public
services. The sessions featured insightful discussions, collaborative learning, and the showcase of the
Odisha One App as a successful case study of citizen-first UX/UI implementation.
