Awareness and Sensitization Workshop on User Experience & Design System: Transformation through UI/UX for Digital Governance

The workshop featured a live case study on the e-Mitra platform, highlighting design challenges and showcasing actionable improvements through UX4G methodologies. Participants explored key aspects of digital trust and usability through sessions on DigiLocker and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023, underscoring their role in building seamless and secure citizen services.

Practical demonstrations covered the application of GIGW and DBIM guidelines, UX audits, and the UX4G Design System, equipping participants with tools to create more accessible and inclusive digital interfaces.

This workshop marked another step toward embedding design thinking into the heart of Rajasthan’s e-governance initiatives, reinforcing the value of thoughtful, user-first digital experiences.
