Awareness and Sensitization Workshop on User Experience & Design System: Transformation through UI/UX for Digital Governance

Visveswaraya Sanitation and Water Academy (ViSWA), Training Center, Kanke, Ranchi 23rd December 2025

Organized by the NeGD in collaboration with the NIC Jharkhand, the workshop was attended by Officials from NIC, UX/UI Designers, Developers etc contributing in enhancement and development of public web portals and mobile apps.

Key addresses were given by Shri Debabrata Nayak, CTO, DIC/NeGD and Shri Deepak Kumar, DDG& SIO, NIC Jharkhand.

The speakers enlightened the gathering regarding UX, benefits from good ux practices, and the process of implementing good ux practices (through case study on Jharsewa portal), live ux audit of websites, Design Systems and, why accessibility matters, DPDP Act etc.

It was an interactive and engaging a full day workshops attended by 45+ enthusiastic participants at the training hall of ViSWA training institute, Kanke, Ranchi, Jharkhand.
