The workshops were inaugurated by the Honourable Chief Minister of Meghalaya and the Chief Secretary, reflecting strong leadership commitment to driving inclusive digital transformation under the Digital India mission.
The UX4G session spotlighted human-centered design principles, accessibility compliance, and the practical application of the UX4G Design System. Live demonstrations, case studies, and hands-on exercises on grievance redressal systems, e-services access, and digital form simplification were conducted.
The second day saw over 100 registrations, Attendees remained highly engaged throughout the sessions and shared very encouraging feedback. Several departments and organizations—including the Climate Cell, NIT Meghalaya, and Public Health Engineering (PHE)—sought support for implementing UX4G practices and emerging technology solutions within their domains.
